Founders and Organisers

Dr Mark Kon MBBS, FRCS FRCR has been a consultant radiologist at Bradford Teaching Hospitals for 12 years. He has special interest in thoracic radiology and intervention, cardiac CT and dose reduction in CT.

 

Dr Kon regularly trains Radiology SpRs and is currently RCR Clinical Tutor for Radiology trainees. He was involved in the establishment of Reporting Radiographers at Bradford and continues to support its development. He teaches regularly 'in house' and has lectured at several local, regional and national meetings on a variety of topics.

 

Dr M Chandramohan MBBS DMRD FRCR has been a Consultant Radiologist for 12 years at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, with a special interest in Musculoskeletal Radiology & Sports Imaging.

 

He is passionate about Radiology teaching and his weekly teaching sessions and lectures are highly popular, always well received by Radiology Trainees, Reporting Radiographers and Medical students both in UK and abroad. He has taught on many teaching courses in the UK and abroad, including FRCR revision courses, FRCS (orthopaedics) revision courses and European course on Imaging in Pain Medicine. He has lectured at various meetings both in the UK and abroad.

 

Course Manager

Sandra Wood BSc Hons PgD has worked at Bradford Teaching Hospitals for the past 17 years. She became an Advanced Radiographer Practitioner at Bradford in 2008 and gained the Post Graduate Diploma in Image Interpretation of the Appendicular and Axial Skeleton in 2010.


In 2016 she completed the Post Graduation certificate in Image Interpretation Chest and Abdomen for which she was rewarded a Distinction grade.


Sandy mentors students registered on the post graduation courses and junior medical students.
